2 | pkg | Fresh pasta |
2.5 | dl | Milk |
200 | g | Sugar peas |
400 | g | Deer |
5-6 | Spring onions | |

Instructions for Pasta with raw game
To prepare the Pasta with raw game recipe, please follow these instructions:
The casserole cut into strips and fry in a pan of oil with salt and pepper and possibly spice. The strips are picked up and placed on the plate.
Butter melt in the juice and oil from the meat. The spring bulbs and tomatoes are cut roughly and sautéed with the peas in the pot. Flour is added and discarded. Then bring milk and cream and let it boil for 5 minutes. Finally taste with salt, pepper and spice.
Boil the fresh pasta.
Mix pasta, deer strips and sauce together and the dish is ready for serving!
tips:
There can definitely be used other meat, I just think a dish with pasta and deer lacked! (-:
