To prepare the Parma bowls with egg and tomato recipe, please follow these instructions:
Brush the six muffin cups with a little oil, and joined ham in each of them so it forms a bowl. Cut the tomatoes into nice thick slices, and place a slice in each form. Turn on so an egg out in each form, and behind them in the oven at 200 degrees on the lower Groove in about 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve.
