Freshly ground pepper
A little oregano, fresh or dried
A little cane sugar
Salt
½dlVegetable broth
1cannedArtichoke hearts, in half-velafdryppede
1dlCapers, big velafdryppede
1largeOnion, chopped
1tbspOlive oil
1cannedTuna, in water velafdryppet
2cloveGarlic, crushed
300gCherry tomatoes
35gBlack olive, small
375gFresh or dried pardelle

Instructions for Pardelle with artichoke (low fat)

To prepare the Pardelle with artichoke (low fat) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the tomatoes in half and shake them quickly in olive oil with onion and garlic. Sprinkle sugar, sprinkle with oregano, lettuce and freshly ground pepper and add broth and artichoke hearts. Heat the sauce through and season well with spices.

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Dip it off and mix with sauce as well as tuna picked into smaller pieces.
