Instructions for Pande Boller
To prepare the Pande Boller recipe, please follow these instructions:
Egg and sugar are whipped airy The flour is mixed with baking soda and cinnamon. The flour mixture is stirred in the eggs and the milk is added. The pan is lubricated and heated.
Use a spoon to put the dough on the forehead (as with fry dishes) or use a stained pan. They are baked at low heat until golden, after which they are turned and ages on the other side. One can feel if they are done by tapping them with a palette, feeling the hard they are done, they are soft and sink together when pressed, they are not finished.
tips:
They are served warm, can be spiced and eaten with butter or whatever you want, can also be eaten without anything. Tastes a bit like pancakes but saturates quite well. Is good at the breakfast table. Also tastes quite well cold.
