125 | g | Wheat flour |

30 | g | Smæltet butter (possibly salad oil or butter for frying) |
Instructions for Pancakes with wheat flour
To prepare the Pancakes with wheat flour recipe, please follow these instructions:
1. take the flour into the bowl, make a well in the flour, and beat the 2 eggs into it.
2. Add sugar.
3. mix, add salt and 5 tablespoons milk. Stir with a spoon and add little by little the rest of the milk. The melted butter mixed in, and the dough is stirred until it is creamy. Let the dough rest under a fugtiigt Tea towel ½ hour.
