To prepare the Pancakes with mango recipe, please follow these instructions:
The pancake dough is stirred together by pouring the eggs into the flour and the milk comes into the dough shortly. The pancakes are baked in oil on a hedge pan. They should be as thin as possible (about 6-8 pieces). Filled in stock. The mangold is chopped and steamed in boiling water approx. 8-10 min. The water flows from the mangolve, which is then swept in butter. Cream and spices are added.
The sauce is made by melting the butter and sprinkling the flour. Spread the milk with stirring and finally sprinkle the cheese. A good spoonful of mango is added to each pancake and they are rolled together and placed in a refractory dish. The sauce is poured over the rolled pancakes and sprinkled with cheese. The pancakes are gratinated at 200 degrees for approx. 6 min.
