125gWheat flour
2Eggs
2tbspFresh chopped Mint
2tbspPotato flour

To prepare the Pancakes with apple compote recipe, please follow these instructions:

Peel the apples and cut them into cubes. Sprinkle the vanilla bar and place it in a thick pot with apples, water, juice, sugar and cinnamon. Boil the apples by low heat until they are tender.
