Carrots
Potatoes

To prepare the Oven baked plaice with fresh, crispy vegetables recipe, please follow these instructions:

Clean and rinse the pitchers well. Lay the fish on a plate of baking paper and sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Bag the fish in the middle of the oven.

New, crispy vegetables:
Bring water with salt in a large pot. Add the potatoes and boil them with low heat and without lid for approx. 5 min. Add asparagus and carrots and boil for a further approx. 2 min. Add sugar sauce and boil for approx. 1 min. Pour the vegetables into draining in a door layer. Bring them back to the pan and turn them together with parsley, salt and pepper.

Stir the fry up to make it soft and creamy.

When serving:
Spread the fresh cheese on the hot fish and serve them with vegetables and lemon boats.
