To prepare the Oven-baked lemon potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
The potatoes peeled and cut into both. Oil, lemon juice, salt and oregano whipped together. The potatoes should be dried well by (this makes them more crisp.) Oil mixture poured over and distributed well on the potatoes. Bake in preheated oven for approximately ½ hour at 200 degrees.
