Instructions for Ostegratinated sprouts
To prepare the Ostegratinated sprouts recipe, please follow these instructions:
Arrow and rinse the sprouts. Cook the heads tenderly (about 15 minutes) in water with salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Sprinkle the flour and season with the boiling water from the sprouts. Add cream and cook the sauce evenly. Stir the cream cheese softly, whip it out into the sauce and taste with muskat. Cut smoked ham in tern and put it together with the sprinkled sprouts in a greased dish. Pour the sauce over and put the cheese slices on. Pour the oven in the oven at 200 degrees until the cheese is melted or slightly gratin.
