Instructions for Oriental tenderloin III
To prepare the Oriental tenderloin III recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven at 200 C el 180 ¤ ¤ C hot air
1. saute the pork tenderloin Brown/on all sides in a frying pan over high heat.
2. cut the tenderloin into pieces of approximately 2 cm thickness and bank them with these events. season the pieces with salt and pepper (save not on salted) and brown them in a frying pan over high heat.
3. Add tenderloin steaks in a heat-proof platter.
4. Crack the bananas and advantage them, on top of the tenderloin steaks so that they cover.
5. Whip the cream until it gets the same consistency as junket and flip the Curry in.
6. Pour cream mass over the steaks and style the dish in the oven for approx. 25-30 my.
Serve, if desired. with rice, bread and green salad.
