1 | dl | Lukewarm water |
1 | Grated orange zest | |
1 | pinch | Salt |
1-2 | dl | Milk |
150 | g | Wheat flour |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | tbsp | Sugar |
25 | g | Yeast |
Instructions for Orange muffins
To prepare the Orange muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:
you start with to snuggle up in a bowl of lukewarm water so smulrer you fermented in the bowl and touches really well around and then you put a little bit of salt and sugar in. then comes the two eggs in and you touching really well around.
so put it in the flour little by little.
so touching you milk in little by little. (if there is not enough milk can you possibly put some more water in to you means that the dough is fine) when you think the dough is fine do you take the grated orange peel and put in the dough after it has been shaped to a large round ball. so you take the dough out on the table and kneads it really well. so should the raise in 25 min. when it has raised in 25 min then it must be shaped to 12 puffs and then they swabbed but water, coffee, or eggs.
then they just stand and pull 15 min, and then you put them in the oven in my 15-20 at 175-200 degrees and when they are finished they should just stand 10 min and cool down and then ready for serving! C: < 3
