To prepare the Orange Cake (Amo) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Fat and sugar is stirred together. The fat should be softened to a consistency like mayonnaise, and then add the eggs one at a time, and finally mix the flour in, and it all stirred together into a uniform mass.
The batter is poured into a greased floured springform ca. 24 cm. in diameter, and bake on the middle oven at 175 degrees C Groove in about 50 minutes. The oven must have the right temperature from the start.
The juice of the oranges and lemon boiled with 100 g. sugar, and this mixture is poured over the cake while it is still tepid, the grated yellow shell of the fruits sprinkled over.
