To prepare the Orange brandy-Orange brandy recipe, please follow these instructions:
Wash and peel the oranges, make sure to remove ALL white Peel to avoid a bitter taste. Add to the rubbing alcohol and vanilla pod. Let it be 2-3 weeks, filter. Add sugar and let stand another 4 weeks.
The recipe can be varied with blood oranges, mandarins, klemantiner etc.
