Ingredients for Old-fashioned rolls

1 | letter | Poppy seeds |
1.5 | tsp | Salt |
2 | tsp | Sugar |
2.5 | dl | Whole milk |
40 | g | Yeast |
50 | g | Butter |
500 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Old-fashioned rolls
To prepare the Old-fashioned rolls recipe, please follow these instructions:
Warm the milk, take the saucepan and melt the butter in the milk. Add sugar and salt and let it cool until it is hot.
The yeast is crumbled in a dish and the milk mixture poured in. Pipe for the yeast is dissolved.
Eat the flour in a little while. Bring the dough well together. Let it rise slowly for approx. 1 hour at 18 degrees C.
Turn it down and divide it into 12 pieces. Then mold into rolls. Place them on a baking sheet with baking paper. Cut in the top. Raise the rolls at room temperature for approx. 20 minutes.
Brush with egg and sprinkle with birch. Put them on the second row.
Bake at 210 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 12 minutes.
Serve them with ice-cold butter.
