Margarine for melting | ||
1 | dl | Sugar |
2 | pinch | Cinnamon |
2 | dl | Milk |
2 | tsp | Dark syrup with top |
2 | tsp | Vanilla sugar |

To prepare the Old Danish Caramels (NEMT & LEFT) recipe, please follow these instructions:
You need a small / medium pan where you melt the margarine on low temples and then add the sugar and lightly after, vanilla sugar and cinnamon.
Stir until it is melted to a sugary pulp and then add milk. Stir it to a thin pulp and stir out without boiling for 2-3 minutes after which you add the syrup and let it boil. It must be light brown and a little heavy for it to finish.
After you finish, put them on a plate of baking paper that is cut to (important!) As you SHALL use the baking paper for storage, or stick it to :-). I hope you can!
