550 | g | Oatmeal |
550 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Oatmealballs 04
To prepare the Oatmealballs 04 recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast is poured into the lukewarm water. Add salt and honey and stir well into the water. The flour is added with stirring and finally the oatmeal is added.
The dough is well mixed together (possibly with a stirrer)
The dough is placed in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours.
The dough is taken out. Roll 2 sausages cut into suitable sizes and form into buns.
The balls are put in a cold oven that turns on for 200 degrees (hot air any time) and the balls are baked for 20-25 minutes.
