The butter is melted and the milk is added. When mælkeblandningen is snug poured it up in a dejskål. The yeast is mixed in it. The other ingridienser are added. The dough is kneaded until it is smooth. Made to uplift in 40 min. Dough turned down and shaped into about 24 muffins. Put dough balls on wax paper on 2 baking sheets and after raising approximately 30 min. dough balls brushed with egg and sprinkled with almonds and Pearl sugar. Baking time about 15 min in the midst of the furnace,
