100 | g | Dark chocolate |
125 | g | Hazelnuts |
125 | g | Wheat flour |
175 | g | Butter/margarine |
3 | Eggs | |
3 | tbsp | Cocoa |
350 | g | Sugar |
Instructions for Nut-brownies
To prepare the Nut-brownies recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the nuts coarsely and take approx. 1 dl. from for garnish. Melt the butter, pour it into a mixing bowl and stir in sugar and vanilla sugar in. Whip eggs in 1 at a time. Sift flour, baking powder and cocoa into the mass and stir in the chopped nuts in.
Put wax paper in a baking pan. Wide dough evenly out. Bake approximately 40 minutes at 175 * in the middle of the oven.
Melt the chocolate, take the cake out of the mold and brush it with chocolate. Cut the cake into slices and sprinkle nuts on the cake BEFORE the chocolate stiffens. Let cool on a wire rack snitterne. Can be frozen
Tips:
A GOOD BAGERÃ…D. _______________ Upiskede egg whites into the batter makes a cake lidy chewy. Psiker to whites, will be the cake more airy and a little crispy.
