Notch nut kernels to nøddemel. Mix it with sifted powdered sugar. Beat the whites until stiff. Mix it all together and toss with grated orange peel. Set dough on wax paper with a large spoon. Behind the cakes in a 160-degree warm oven for about 15 minutes, or until lightly golden. Form them as balls while they are still warm.
