150 | g | Soft nougat |
2 | Egg white, pasteurized | |
4 | Egg yolk, pasteurised | |
5 | dl | Whipped cream |
Instructions for Nougatis with soft nougat
To prepare the Nougatis with soft nougat recipe, please follow these instructions:
Softens the nougat over the water bath. Let it cool a little.
Whip egg yolks and sugar foaming, until sugar does not bump more. Whip the cream and egg whites stiff individually.
Stir the softened nougat into the egg napkin, preferably with an electric whip. Turn the whipped cream in and finally the pinch whites.
Fill the mass in a spring shape or other shape and cover with foil.
Freeze for at least 5 hours. Gently stir in the ice cream a couple of times at the start.
Decorated with roasted almond slices.
