Instructions for Nori small-bites
To prepare the Nori small-bites recipe, please follow these instructions:
Use the cookie bag to cut each Norwegian sheet into 16 small squares (you can put multiple sheets together and cut them at the same time).
Bring a small lump of pate (about ½ teaspoon) in the middle of a square. Moisten one end with water (use your fingers to make the pliers slightly moist). Bring a new square on top and press the ends together. Once you've made all of them, get them in the dehydrator * and dehydrate at 32 degrees Celsius for 4-5 hours. There will be 40 little bites. There are perfect little snacks for the lunch package, for salad and for parties. They can stay up to a week in the fridge. One can make double or 4 double portions of this recipe.
tips:
If you do not have a dehydrator you may want to use the oven with an open door and have it turned on at the lowest temperature (so the lamp is on), but it will not be the same. A dehydrator has air circulation so the food is dried inside. In addition, a dehydrator does not use much electricity.
