Ingredients for Nori roulader (sushi)

1Cucumber sliced into long thin sticks. cut the kernels from the
1bundleSpring onions (optional)
1cupPâté of your choice
1.5cupFissure URf.eks vegetables green or yellow squash
1-2Ripe avocados cut into long rods
2cupFinely shredded lettuce
2cupSunflower sprouts or other sprouts
6Black nori sheet (seaweed can be bought in helsekosten)

Instructions for Nori roulader (sushi)

To prepare the Nori roulader (sushi) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Place a Norwegian sheet on the mat. About 2.5 cm from the edge of the plate closest to you you will find a strip of paté. Bring a cucumber rod on top of this together with a spring onion. Lay layers of avocado bars, fox squash, shredded salad and sunflower sprouts. Moisten the end of the north sheet furthest away from you with water. Use the mat to roll the normal sheet over the other ingredients. Set the roulade to the side and once you have made all 6, cut each roulade into 6 pieces. (Use a sharp knife knife).

There will be 36 pieces in total.

tips:
Nori roulades have become a very popular eating among raw food eaters and they are not as hard to make as you would think. You will need a sushi mash which can be bought in an Asian supermarket.
