0.5dlEgg whites
1tspCoffee powder
100gHazelnut kernels
100gSugar
120gIcing sugar
150gSoftened butter
2tspCacao
3Egg yolks (pasteurized)

Instructions for Noisettekager

To prepare the Noisettekager recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the nuts well. Possibly in blenders or parsley.
Stir the chopped nuts with sugar and egg white.
Put the dough into small tops (with a teaspoon) on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. The cakes flow a little. Make the cakes flat and round.
Bake 8 - 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
Cool for a couple of minutes before loosening from the baking paper. Put on a grate for cooling.
Put together two and two with cream before serving.
