To prepare the Nice boiled potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Find potatoes of the same size if the potatoes are not the same size, any potatoes will be cooked for longer than others, peel as many as you can eat!
Put them in a pan and cover them with water
There must not be anything raised above the water,
But there must also be no more water,
Than it just covers! Put the saucepan over
On a flare and screw up so the water becomes 80-90 degrees just before it boils if the water is boiling, the potatoes will be soft outside and hard inside or cooked out! So keep the temperature at about 80-90 degrees!
Remember to foam the water, so every time there is foam on the water, remove it! There is a very different cooking time on potatoes, of course, it depends on the size of the hardness etc! But potatoes are usually done when you can put a fork / knife in and the potato itself falls off again!
