Instructions for Nørregård Boller
To prepare the Nørregård Boller recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crumble the yeast into a bowl. Melt the fat into a saucepan and add the milk. Let it get about 37 degrees. Pour the mixture over the yeast, stir and add salt, sugar and 1 dl flour. Work the dough well for 4-5 min. Add the rest of the flour, work it into the dough, allow it to rise under a cloth for 15-30 minutes. Stir together with fat, sugar and coconut flour. Put the aluminum shapes on 2 plates. Distribute the dough into the molds. Make with a floured thumb a hole in each bowl and put a little coconut in each. Let them rise in a warm place for about 25 minutes. Behind the balls at 250 degrees on the middle groove for about 8 minutes. Let them then cool on a shake without cover.
