1.5dlWhipped cream
1-2tbspFreshly squeezed lemon juice
2Finely chopped shallots
2tbspWheat flour

To prepare the Mushroom soup with friskchilli recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chop onion, garlic, pepper and chilli moisture very well. Saute the onion, garlic, pepper and chilli in the butter to moisten the onions are clear. Sprinkle the flour over and stir until the flour has absorbed all the butter. Add the boiling broth/Fund gradually, stirring constantly, for there are no more lumps and let Cook on a low heat. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices. Add mushroom slices. Stir the cream into the soup a little at a time. Let the soup simmer without lid in my 8-10.

Season with lemon juice, salt and white pepper, and possibly. white wine.

Tips:
Serve with baguette

The soup may well seem a bit heavy, and therefore can very well be used as a midnight snack.
