To prepare the Munster-raclette recipe, please follow these instructions:
The cheese is cut into very small cubes and mix with the kvarken, sour cream and caraway. Taste, if desired. with salt and pepper. Salt cucumber cut also in very small cubes and mix in the cream cheese. Cream cheese filled into the kettles and grilling, the cheese is golden. Eaten warm with bread.
