Ingredients for Mrs Ramskov's Potato Salad

Salt
0.5dlSweet pickles-finhakket
1stemFinhakket leaf celery (about 1.2 dl)
1.2dlMayonnaise
1.2dlRed wine vinegar
1000g(red) potatoes
2tspDijon mustard
2tbspFinhakket red onion
2tbspFresh chopped parsley
3Hard-boiled chopped eggs

Instructions for Mrs Ramskov's Potato Salad

To prepare the Mrs Ramskov's Potato Salad recipe, please follow these instructions:

The potatoes are cooked and cooled slightly. Tamper-proof, if desired. Cut into cubes while they are still warm. Place in a large bowl. Add vinegar, ½ TSP. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper, and toss gently. The bowl is covered with film and put in the fridge until the potatoes are cold-about 20 mins.

The rest of the ingredients turned over in court and season with salt and pepper.

Serve immediately.
