200 | g | Sugar |
3 | dl | Syrup |
500 | g | Strawberry |
Instructions for Mousse of Strawberries (Oily)
To prepare the Mousse of Strawberries (Oily) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Syrup: Sirup is included as an ingredient in this recipe. Syrup is prepared by pouring water and sugar into a stainless steel pan and mixing it with a wooden spoon. Dissolve the sugar right by low heat with stirring. Remove foam from the surface. The sugar mixture is boiled for approx. 1min. Turn off the pot.
The strawberries are rinsed and purified with lemon juice and syrup. The egg whites whip almost stiff. The whipped egg whites are turned into the strawberry mixture. Whip cream is whipped lightly and turned into strawberry mixture. Turn on the ice maker and pour the mixture into the freezer compartment. Cooking time: Approx. 45-55 min.
If you do not have an ice machine, pour it into a freezer and freeze. To avoid the formation of ice crystals in the mass, stir frequently during freezing.
