Instructions for Mother's omelet
To prepare the Mother's omelet recipe, please follow these instructions:
Start with the avocados: halve avocados in two and far stones. Remove the meat with a spoon, slice it in thin slices and drizzle with lemon.
Then knead the eggs in a bowl and mix them with a fork. The eggs should not foam. Add milk, a little salt and pepper and turn the egg mixture with a fork.
Bring butter or oil on a large skillet. Pour the egg on the forehead when it is warm, and then rub down on low heat. Scrape from the edge of the forehead towards the middle with a spoonful 3-4 times. Put on the lid and let the omelette stand on low heat for two minutes.
After two minutes of low heat, the omelet is ready. Take the lid off the forehead, put avocado and shrimp on one half. Use a spoon to fold the other half of the omelet over the filling.
