Instructions for Mother's omelet

To prepare the Mother's omelet recipe, please follow these instructions:

Start with the avocados: halve avocados in two and far stones. Remove the meat with a spoon, slice it in thin slices and drizzle with lemon.

Then knead the eggs in a bowl and mix them with a fork. The eggs should not foam. Add milk, a little salt and pepper and turn the egg mixture with a fork.

Bring butter or oil on a large skillet. Pour the egg on the forehead when it is warm, and then rub down on low heat. Scrape from the edge of the forehead towards the middle with a spoonful 3-4 times. Put on the lid and let the omelette stand on low heat for two minutes.
