1 | Eggs | |
1 | tsp | Baking soda |
1 | pinch | Salt |
1 | tbsp | Sugar |
125 | g | Margarine |
250 | g | Wheat flour |
4 | dl | Whole milk |
Instructions for Mom's waffles
To prepare the Mom's waffles recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together in a bowl.
Whip eggs and sugar, whisk the melted cooled margarine same in and finally whipped milk. Add the flour little by little.
Let EVS. dough pull 30 minutes.
Warm up the waffle iron, brush it with oil margarine between each team waffles. Com 1 dl batter on the waffle iron per plate and rose vaflerne, for they are golden brown and crispy.
Served warm with jam and whipped cream.
