1 | tbsp | Kahlúa |
1 | pinch | Cardamom |
1 | tbsp | Sugar |
2 | Egg yolks |
Instructions for Mocca Zabaglione
To prepare the Mocca Zabaglione recipe, please follow these instructions:
Get egg yolks - sugar - cardamom in a bowl and whip in a bowl 1-2 min with electric whipping until light and creamy.
Whip coffee and liqueur for a little while and put the dish over a water bath that simmer.
Stir for 10 minutes until the cream is thick and airy.
Bring the cream into a preheated glass and sprinkle with chocolate.
Decorate if necessary. With grated chocolate
