1Banana
1-3dlBanana yoghurt or milk
150gFrozen strawberries

To prepare the Mixed smoothie recipe, please follow these instructions:

It all blends together. You decide how much liquid you want in either the yeast curd or the milk depends on the thickness you want.
If desired and be good and have a good pif then add 2 tablespoons vanilla sugar but we are very good without it
But will suggest and start with a dl of the fluid and more if it is desired to thinner
There will be about 2-4 normal glasses. The recipe can make us double if you want more the same can the others I have put in.
