200 | g | Wholemeal rye flour |
3 | dl | Lukewarm water |
3 | tbsp | Dark syrup el malt syrup |
4 | dl | Wheat flour |
75 | g | Grated carrot |

To prepare the Minirug bread with carrots recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the yeast into the water. Add the other ingredients. Let the dough rise for 4 hours covered in a warm place.
Beat the dough and form 12 loaves of bread. Let the breads adhere to 15 min.
Brush them with water and cut some slant in them. Bag the bread approx. 20-25 min. At 200 degrees C on the middle oven rib.
tips:
It is advisable to stir the dough with hand mixes as it is partially glued. Use flour well when molded, but do not knead too much flour in the dough, as the bread becomes dry.
