25 | g | Sunflower kernels |
250 | g | Wheat flour |

50 | g | Cracked wheat kernels |

Instructions for Minibread with kernels and dried fruit
To prepare the Minibread with kernels and dried fruit recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the yeast into lukewarm water, add salt, sugar, wheat kernels and grahamsmel and let it stand for about 30 minutes.
Add sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, cranberries, apricots and wheat flour and knead it into a uniform dough.
Let the dough raise warm and cover about 1 hour. Beat the dough, divide it into 12 equal pieces and roll them into minibrood of about 20 cm.
Put them on a baking sheet and let them rise for about 30 minutes.
