To prepare the Milk leafs (eaten biscuits without baking soda) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the butter and mix all in to a smooth stir.
Let the stirring stand for 15 minutes before it is cooked on the forehead.
Stir in the pan on the stove at 2/3 heat. Turn over the pan, fry approx. 1 min. on every side.
tips:
I prefer to use teflon pan without butter and take a large bean with stir for each lap. In order to short the time, you can roast two patches at a time if it is a big forehead. You can eat them as they are, or with jams. I like jams and CremeFraiche on. Milk sheets are popular among the children.
