250gDandelion flowers (picked just before they are to be used)
750gSugar for each litre of juice you get after cooking

Wash the oranges well and cut them into small pieces without peeling them. Also wash the dandelion flowers well and dry them a little in a soft cloth. Boil them in the water with the oranges for an hour, drain them through a sieve.

Measure the juice you get out of it, add the lemon juice and the right amount of sugar. Cook for another hour. Cool the juice before putting them in sterilized glass.
