Warm the milk slowly until small bubbles are formed. Whip egg yolks and sugar grubby until the sugar is completely dissolved. Pour the egg yolk into the milk slightly at a time and warm the mixture until it starts to get a little thicker. Let the mixture cool in the refrigerator for approx. 2 hours. Pour the mixture into the appliance while the stirrer runs around. Stir the mixture until it has the desired consistency.
tips:
Allow to warm up the mixture, but whip to foam and run immediately.
