To prepare the Mexican hot chocolate recipe, please follow these instructions:
The milk is slowly heated to almost boil, together with the cinnamon pole and cloves in a thickened pot. Then chop the chocolate and stir in the milk until it is completely melted.
The milk is poured and poured into a blender where it blends with the almond essence at high speed for half an hour. Alternatively, it can be whipped with an electric hand whip until it is foamed. The drink is poured into a mug and served.
