Instructions for Mette's easy buns
To prepare the Mette's easy buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the yeast into the water and add the flour and salt. The dough is stirred together, covered with film and put in the fridge between 6 and 12 hours, depending on what fits into the program (I usually make the dough in the evening and leave it overnight).
The dough should not be turned down, but is split into 18-24 pieces and bake 8 minutes at 225-250 degrees and then approximately 8-10 minutes at 200 degrees. Allow to cool on a wire rack buns.
Tips:
You can easily use 1350 g sifting (for a less crass version), or use plain flour or other meltyper – I usually do them with a mixture of sifting and spelt flour. If the nodules should be very coarse, a part of the liquid, if desired. replaced with yogurt. The dough can also be used for white bread. I made 12 muffins and spent the rest of the dough into a loaf of bread, which I let stand 10 min. extra in the oven after I had taken the dough balls out-super yummy
