150 | g | Wheat flour |
3 | tsp | Baking soda |
4 | Egg yolk | |
4 | Egg white | |
4 | tbsp | Whipped cream |
60 | g | Margarine |
Instructions for Meringue pie (Mums)
To prepare the Meringue pie (Mums) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Margarine and sugar stirred white.
The eggs into two bowls. Who should not get the yolk in the whites.
Egg yolks, flour, baking powder and cream whipped in.
The egg whites whipped stiff and add sugar.
The dough is distributed in a roasting pan.

Bake 20-30 min. v. 180-190 degrees
When the cake has cooled the together with whipped cream whipped by ΒΌ litre cream.

Tips:
Bake in small baking pan. If you want a small pie, cut the cake over and whipped cream in between, for a great cake bake 2 baking pans, and whipped cream on the one and the other is added on top. It is of course up to you even if you think you want to jam in the cake (URf.eks raspberry or apricot), but try without jams initially;)
