250 | g | Beef, chopped about 10% fat |
250 | g | Pork, chopped about 10% fat |
50 | g | Subcutaneous fat smoked |
Instructions for Meatloaf
To prepare the Meatloaf recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the meat with bread crumbs, eggs and cream. Forcemeat is the law firm. Season with salt and pepper.
Form as a thick short sausage stuffing and place it in a baking dish or roasting pan. Put thin slices of smoked lard over "the Hare".
Set the dish in a very hot oven, 250 degrees c. alm. oven for approx. 15 minutes or for "Hare" has begun to take color.
Got a little colour in the milk and pour it into the dish. Let "the Hare" frying done by even heat, 170 degrees c. alm. oven for half an hour. Baste regularly with milk from the dish.
Gravy: Pour væden from "Hare" let it cook up in a pan. Pipe a jævning of wheat flour and milk and stir it into the enjoys a suitable consistency and let it cook for a few minutes, add a little red currant jelly or other gel and maybe a little cream to make it "soft"
