2 | Eggs | |
4 | tsp | Onion |
4 | pinch | Pepper |
4 | tsp | Salt |
500 | g | Veal and pork. minced 11% |
6 | tbsp | Wheat flour |

To prepare the Meatballs for soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
The onion grated fine. The meat must be very finely chopped, 3 – 4 times to the meatballs can be slippery. Stir in stuffing together.
Alternatively, run the ingredients in a food processor, add the suppet little by little to a suitable consistency.
