The red wine is boiled in a saucepan. While the red wine boils, it is chopped. And when the reddish has boiled for 15 minutes, loose in the boiling red wine. This is cooked together for 5 minutes. Then put the beef into the pan and cook until it is browned. Then the chopped tomatoes and beef buns are served in the pot.
