1 | tsp | Vanilla sugar |
1.25 | dl | Milk |
1-1.5 | tbsp | Cocoa powder |
125 | g | Margarine |
240 | g | Sugar |
250 | g | Flour |
3 | Eggs |
Instructions for Marmorkage 05
To prepare the Marmorkage 05 recipe, please follow these instructions:
The oven is set to 175 degrees.
The margarine and sugar mix well together until it is soft and white.
The egg yolks are added one at a time until they are well-stirred.
Bake powder and vanilla sugar are stirred in the flour.
The flour mixture and milk are stirred alternately in the dough.
The egg whites are whipped and stirred in the dough with light hand.
Remove 1/3 of the dough and mix the cocoa powder.
Half of the light dough comes in a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
The brown dough is laid over and then the last half of the light dough.
The cake is baked for approx. 40 min.
The cake is taken out and is in shape for 10 minutes.
The cake is taken out of the mold and cooled to a baker.
