To prepare the Marinered dyrebov recipe, please follow these instructions:
The marinade boil and cool. The meat in the Pan and is layered in 3 days, turn over from time to time.

Meat FRY finished at about 160 degrees. Make sure the sauce, if necessary. have to thin water down up with broth.
(The marinade can be used, but there is a risk that the Court of first instance becomes too acidic)
The sauce is boiling, smoothed over and add ΒΌ l cream.
Served with potatoes and beetroot.
