Instructions for Marinated pork with apricots
To prepare the Marinated pork with apricots recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the pork into mundane pieces and put it in a half-deep dish together with apricots and raisins. Pour red wine and vinegar on and add thyme and bay leaf. Leave it at least 1 hour. Let the oil get hot in a saucepan and sweat the meat in it. Add the fruit and pour red wine and broth. Season with salt and pepper. Let it spin under cover for 40 minutes. Cut the bell pepper and peppers fine and put it in the dish for the last few minutes of cooking time. Loose rice can be served to.
