To prepare the Marinated Kalkunschnitzler recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix lemon juice, lime juice, honey, garlic, oregano, thyme, rosemary, black pepper and cayenne pepper well in a bowl. Take ½ dl of marinade from. Put the turkey cheeses in the bowl and turn them into the marinade. Tire with plastic wrap and marines in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Heat the grill to medium heat and put the turkey on the grate. Save marinade. Place the grill in the oven Approx. 10 cm from the heat. Turn the schnitzler once and brush with marinade. Grill them for a total of about 10 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink. Put the freshly grilled schnitzler on a dish and serve immediately. Box the rest of the marinade. Make the marinade the day before it is used or make the whole dish the day before and serve the turkey cold on a salad rental.
