2-3Tomatoes, like yellow

300gLøsfrosne or 3 fresh corn cobs
4Shoulder steaks, ca. 11/2 cm thick without fat edges

Instructions for Marinated grilled beef stew

To prepare the Marinated grilled beef stew recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix the marinade in a saucepan and cook with stirring 8-10 minutes. Pour it into a bowl and cool it completely. Put the meat in and marinate it for a minimum of 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Turn the meat once.

Cut the pilled potatoes into slices and mix them with the corn. If the corn is very coarse, give it first a boil in leachate water and cool. Stir the dressing together and season with salt and pepper. Mix potatoes and corn in and let the salad pull while the meat is grilled. Decorate the salad with tomatoes just before serving.

The grill is only ready when the hills are gray and all flames are gone. Scrape the excess marinade of the beef stews. Lay them on the grill and give them 7-8 minutes on each side, approx. 15 minutes in total.
